Paddy's Brewery, a hidden oasis in Sydney's inner west, was crowned the World Champion Small Brewery for 2004 at The Australian International Beer Awards.

A panel of judges tasting more than 850 beers from around the world selected Paddy's Brewery from among a wide range of international competitors as the best in its class.

Paddy's Brewery is located in the Markets Hotel at Flemington, next to the famous Paddy's Markets since 2001 and has developed a superior range of premium naturally brewed craft beers.

Paddy's range of classic natural beers include Paddy's award winning Pilsner, Paddy's American Pale Ale, Wheat Beer, Dunkel, Ginger Beer, Dubbel and the extremely popular Chocolate Porter. Paddy's Brewery Pilsner was the only Australian made Draught Lager to pick up a gold medal at the 2009 AIBA. Cheers!

In 2003 Chocolate Porter was awarded best in its class and our Wheat Beer won the Gold Medal in 2002 beating one of the oldest breweries in Germany for this

title. Paddy's secret to its success has been its quality and consistency in

brewing its own range of premium beers. Paddy's Brewers offer many years of

experience in the Australian brewing industry. "Year in and year out, Paddy’s consistently wins Australian International Beer Awards" Quote.

All Paddy's beers are brewed in the "In House" brewery using the highest

quality natural ingredients, along with the traditional batch brewing process,

which has been proven over time. Celebrating 11 years of craft brewing.

By combining world renowned malted barley, selected premium grown hops, "pure" Sydney water and fermented with its own strains of yeast, Paddy's Brewery created its own range of fine natural beers. The beers are all malt beers and are guaranteed not to contain added sugar, artificial coloring, antioxidants or preservatives, this makes them an attractive alternative for the weight and health conscious person.

2012 Hop Harvest Festival is all about hand crafted beer and meeting the brewers behind the beers. There will be micro brewed beers on tap from breweries all around Sydney and regiuonal NSW.

Choc Porter Rich & Dark 4.8% On Tap

The first batch of our new Porter is now on tap. This could be our favorite"breakfast

beer" yet! Rich dark flavors set this Porter apart from other dark ales.

Paddy's American Pale Ale 4.6% Now On Tap

A totally rebuilt Pale Ale is now on tap! Medium bodied, copper colored and dry hopped with

Citra and Amarillo. An easy quaffer with plenty of hop flavor!

Paddy's Wheat Beer 4.7% On Tap

Wheat beer has returned to Paddy's. The current version is quite clear and light bodied due to

extra cold maturation. The yeast flavour profile is a nice background spice with a hint of

banana. Very nice with slice of lemon on a hot day!

Paddy's Pilsner 4.5% Now On Tap

Locally grown Pilsner malts along with 3 additions of Czech grown Saaz hops, create a

bouquet of malt and floral, spicy hop aromas, low fermentation temperatures and an

extended lagering period result in a true Bohemian style Pilsner.

Summer Seasonal Ginger Beer 4.7% Now On Tap

Heaps of fresh ginger and lemons crushed into Paddy's new ginger beer! Now on

tap, just in time for the summer storms! A hot day drinker! Cheers #gingerbeer

Seasonal Dunkel Dark Lager 4.7%

Munich - style Dunkel. A malt -driven dark lager with just enough bitterness to

balance the finish on the palette. Smooth and malty dark beer.
